To provide an accessible, natural alternative to invasive beauty treatments, supporting both physical appearance and overall well-being.

  • Format: Live online class (Zoom) spoken in English

  • Duration: About 30 minutes

  • Schedule: Once a week (Fridays)

  • Includes: Facial massage, acupressure, facial & upper body exercises
